Returns
We keep returns simple. If something isn't right or doesn't work out, we're on your side. Below is how it works. If you're unsure about anything, email samuel@birdierackets.com and a real person will help.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund. To stay within the window, just start your return (contact us) before the 30 days are up.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition. Trying a racket in hand or checking the fit of shoes indoors is fine; gear that has been used on court is not returnable.
- Complete — including all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
- Unopened for sealed consumables such as tennis balls, string sets, overgrips, and dampeners.
If you're not sure whether a specific item qualifies, ask us before sending it back.
How to start a return
- Email samuel@birdierackets.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm your return and send instructions.
- Pack the item securely so it isn't damaged in transit, and include your order number or a copy of the receipt.

Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. We'll email you when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
Need a different grip size, string color, or shoe size? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want, so the item you need ships right away. If you'd rather we arrange a direct exchange, email samuel@birdierackets.com and we'll help.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right and cover return shipping. Email samuel@birdierackets.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
