Shipping

We ship across the United States and work hard to get your gear to you quickly, with no surprises at checkout. Most orders go out the same day. Here's how delivery works.

Free shipping over $75

Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Below that threshold, a flat shipping rate applies and is shown in your cart before you pay. Oversized items, such as large racket bags, may carry a different rate — any difference is always visible in the cart before you complete the order.

Order processing

Orders placed on a business day are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. If something is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you before shipping anything.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states.

Carriers

• USPS — for most small and standard packages.
• UPS / FedEx — for larger or heavier items such as racket bags and shoe orders.

The carrier is selected based on your order's size, weight, and destination to get it to you as efficiently as possible.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is handed to the carrier, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package. You can also view order status in your account if you checked out while signed in.
